Terms of Service – Taylor’s Lens

Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. Payments may be made via PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 3 days’ notice. No-shows or cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit and may require full payment to rebook.

Session Details
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled session. Late arrivals may reduce your session time, as sessions cannot always be extended. While I will do my best to work with children and guests, cooperation cannot be guaranteed.

Editing & Delivery
Taylor’s Lens will provide professionally edited images as outlined in your package. RAW or unedited images will not be delivered. Standard turnaround time is 1–2 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Usage Rights
Clients receive a print release, allowing you to print and share images for personal use. Copyright remains with Taylor’s Lens. Select images may be used for portfolio, website, or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

Liability
Taylor’s Lens is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, technical failures, or acts of God. Clients are responsible for any required permits or location fees. Taylor’s Lens is not liable for personal injury or property damage during sessions.

Delivery & Storage
Your online gallery will remain available for 1 months from the delivery date. After that period, images may be archived but are not guaranteed to be stored permanently.
